Home security is something that people don't pay close enough attention to. Here are some tips to help you keep your home as secure as possible.

• Look at your house through the eyes of a burglar. Think about the different places you would break in if you were trying. Are these places secured?
• Plant tall bushes around the windows of your home. Make it hard for a burglar to get to his desired source of entry. Planting plants with thorns, like cactus or rosebushes, is preferable.
• Use multiple locks on all outside doors. Make it as hard as possible for the burglar to get in.
• Install motion detectors in areas where you don't want anyone to be.
